We did not see what happened during the altercation, but it's very difficult for me to believe the officer fired eight times because he was in fear for his life.
If someone can explain to me that there was just cause to kill this man, other than he didn't obey the officer's commands, I welcome their explanation.

What was the deal? Didn't want to chase the dude? Had he known the next time he had the chance- he was going to kill somebody? A bad day?
It is a shocking and disgusting video regardless.
