Why do I find it amusing that Loving County Texas, population 95, is actively pursuing a federal, high-level, radioactive waste storage site? They do have good reason...actually, 28 billion reasons.
I was reading an article the other day about robots the size of bugs. I saw some amazing photos. The only good I see will come of those little drones is when they use them instead of a scope to inspect the human colon… happy days!
Am I the only one who questions the motives of the President ordering airstrikes in Iraq? Mass genocide has transpired in Africa on multiple occasions and he didn’t involve the military there. Once again, it’s hard not to believe he’s protecting the oil (aka "our interests"); although another Nobel Peace Prize may be in order for saving 40,000 “religious minority” outcasts that were probably going to be exterminated.
Will they report the civilian casualties caused by the airstrikes? Probably, but we Americans can justify killing people, innocent or guilty, all over the world and not lose a night’s sleep.
What I find most ironic is how many people from other countries hate Americans, even if we show up to just to help. Our existence alone causes contempt in the hearts and minds of multitudes. Some things never change...especially human nature.
I am of the opinion that we will never stop military action and/or occupation in the Middle East until their oil reserves are exhausted. Using drones, missiles and mercenaries are much more tolerable to the American public…at least until they start using them on American soil…
NEWSFLASH!!! World Health Organization declares Ebola a “public health emergency”! No $h#t…and it only took a couple of weeks for them to come to that decision… I feel so much safer…
