Are Wise County Schools Conditioning The Minds
Of Your Children?

Why are superintendents purchasing CSCOPE and forcing teachers to sign a gag-order not to reveal the content of CSCOPE? What don’t superintendents want parents to see?

Why are superintendents using text book money to purchase CSCOPE, which, unlike text books has not gone through the state review process?

Parents in Germany didn't think much about what happened in their schools in the 30s and 40s. I hope you don't follow suit! But, if you really care about what your child is being taught, you need to learn what's going on to condition your child's mind.

Following is a form letter that contains all the codes that give you the right to have copies of the CSCOPE Lessons and Worksheets.  Please request these copies and see for yourself what is being used to teach your children.

Dear Superintendent _____________,

In light of recent criticism of the CSCOPE Curriculum, and in keeping with my parental right in accordance with Texas State Education Code 26.006, I am respectfully asking for a copy of the ____________(subject, grade) CSCOPE lessons from September, 2011 to May, 2012.

Thus, this request is made under the Texas Public Information Act, Chapter 552, Texas Government Code. The Open Records Act guarantees a citizen’s access to information in the custody of governmental agencies. Disclosure of this information is in the public interest because providing a copy of the information primarily benefits the general public. I therefore request a waiver of all fees and charges pursuant to Section 552.267 of this Act.

According to Wade Lebay, Texas State CSCOPE Director, as quoted in a recent article by Ann Work (12/2012, Wichita Falls Press) parents may view and have a copy of CSCOPE lessons and materials used in the classroom.

So that I may evaluate the CSCOPE lessons and handouts and have the material evaluated independently by a professional, I respectfully request copies of the material associated with this course.

Sincerely,

Parent will submit their name and address

I've heard of CSCOPE and it's available school's website where Coach is teaching. I don't know what it is though, and neither does he LOL I guess they have the program but are not using it... I'm going to do some research and find out what it's about... I'd rather see good old fashioned textbooks though.
