I fear the rogue cop.
I'd like to hear the audio but even with out listening I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have kicked the window after the first talking to.
They will get in trouble for that. The officers should have shackled his feet to his handcuffs.
Thet should of hit hin with a slapjack.They could of hurt their hand.They could have put about thirty points on his I Q like that.DAGO
At least he quit kicking the window.
