Go to bed with the devil
be prepared to
wake up in hell!

AP photo

Did daddy not tell you little girl, that if you profess and promote your Christian beliefs to the world, your secrets, sins and motives will be revealed...

But my question is, "Why would you get right back into bed with the devil?"

'Perhaps there’s an open slot on the next edition of The Celebrity Apprentice? The New York Post reports that former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean recently called pageant owner Donald Trump for advice on what to do since her sex tape surfaced.

Apparently, Trump said Prejean has no credibility or reputation left. "Maybe," Mr. Trump said only half-jokingly, "she should become a major porn star, make millions of dollars, and give it to worthy causes." ' Daily Beast

Prejean is a stupid bimbo who is nothing more than a media whore with a double dose of opportunist.

How can the stupid twit honestly believe intelligent people will buy her BS claims of being a devout Christian whose faith is what makes her condemn the sexual behaviour of homosexuals all the while she has posed semi-nude and made a sex tape for her boyfriend. Fine example of a Christian Hypocrite...Prejean can condemn the sexual behaviour of others all the while hide her own inappropriate sexual behaviour, only after being outed Prejean offers the lame claim of having been "naive" in an attempt to excuse her own inappropriate sexual behaviour.

The only people who make Prejean appear as something less than an ignorant slut are the people who buy into her BS.

I gave her the benefit of the doubt since many of us made poor choices in our youth.

Fame and fortune seem more important than her Christian beliefs, which tells me all I need to know about the young woman. (notice I did not say "young lady") I pray she finds the path God has for her.

Her example allows the world more justification for the condemnation of Christian behavior.

I don't believe you were wrong to give the benefit of the doubt.
None of us can truly know the sincerity of Ms. Prejean's Christianity. Certainly there's reason for us to be skeptical.

But, if she is, now, a sincere Christian, are we correct to condemn her as a hypocrite? After all, the woman at the well was a prostitute until her encounter with Jesus. I haven't inconvenienced too many brain cells following Ms. Prejean, so I don't know if her indescretions were pre-conversion or not.

But I do know that the major message of Christ's teaching was of redemption.

I hope that Ms. Prejean avails herself of that redemption.

I'm not so perfect as Christ, but as a Christian and a human being who possesses a mind that reasons, I do wonder about her motives when going to Donald Trump for damage control for her career.

If I question the actions and motives of our politicians, Islamists, Jihadists, Moonies, the Arian Brotherhood, KKK, ACLU, ect. I would be that much more of a hypocrite if I did not question Christians the same way.

I agree. Even though I use an internet handle that evokes Mr. Trump's, I don't particularly look to him as a source of inspiration or advice, and would similarly look askance at one who does, especially in the context of Ms. Prejean's situation.

BTW, I mis-spelled "indiscretions".

My bad...
