Not the first time an anti has gunned down an unsuspecting burglar though- there have been a couple of others. Didn't an HCI exec blast someone a few years ago?
Why does Minessota and especially Minneapolis attract so man foreigners? I can tell you- ultra liberal welfare system. I kid you not I was a refugee health nurse who did intake for refugess coming into the country. I simply cannot tell you how many followup appointment were cancelled because people left for Minneapolis. They would often tell me during the interview not to bother- they would leave on the next flight or bus and head north. In the refugee camps it was seen as 'mecca' for welfare payments (even more so than Cali.)
