The latest rumor floating around Bridgeport High School students is that a BHS student was sporting a death list and planning to bomb and shoot up the school. Reportedly, the Bridgeport Police went to his home and confiscated guns and other weapons.
Inquiring minds need to know, so feel free to set the record straight...

I heard the same thing of course from one of the students. I even got a name to go along with the story.
Why don't you Rumor Mill people actually pick up the phone and call the police? There is no threat, there is no hit list, there are no guns... 2 BHS students made up these rumors and have been disciplined... That is why gossip destroys small towns..Get a life..
As parent of a daughter who I "was" in this boys math class. I hope they got him and all his friends, before they do something horrible. Please tell me why the parents have not been notified.

Why doesn't the police or school either inform students and quash the rumor immediately or issue a press release INSTEAD of trying to keep this hoax quiet.
Does the public not have the right to know the truth without calling the police... how about at least the students?
Why are students at BHS bringing this information home to their parents and discussing it all over town?
Why are they going to school in fear and fearful of the person this was directed?
What destroys small towns is secrets, not gossip...
