Compelling, but ultimately it doesn't change anything. It confirms what we Conservatives already know, and Liberals refuse to be convinced by any kind of evidence, regardless of how complete it is. I've recently had "debates" with acquaintances who are Obama supporters, and it is astonishing the contortions they will go through to avoid discussing Obama's policies. We always wonder how the average German citizen could ignore what was happening to the Jews in the 1930's, but I'm finally starting to see how thoroughly a charismatic leader can convince his followers to be deaf, dumb and blind to his actions.
