I guess we shan't use that video as a recruitment tool for qualified public servants - nobody in their right mind would want to step into the public arena with idiots like that lurking behind every turnstile.
While not apropos to the instant situation, I still like the scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark where Indy Jones, beset by a jerk-off ninja, dispenses with the whole bullwhip and fighting skillset, and drops the black-clothed one with a single shot from his 1911.
