Reconciliation ~ quietly, the most notable event in the first 100 days of the Obama Presidency.
The most significant consequence of the first 100 days of the Obama Presidency happened today when Congress turned our government into a Parliamentary system! The controlling political party no longer needs the usual 61 votes in the Senate required to pass the President's health care reform.
