The arguement Government makes is that as long as it not illegal, who should care. No wait, it may be illegal, but it is not a jailable crime, so who should care. On third thought, who should care, they are the government.

Can you imagine what would happen to J.C. Watts if he ran for president? Do you think Jesse Jackson, "Reverend" Al Sharpton and the NAACP would support him?
