Priceless! City government won't allow store owner to expand his building and business after he spends 2 years and a small fortune on an architect. "Furious and out of money, Zarlenga rented the space to..." a SEX SHOP! Now, the city is screaming bloody murder...they should have let him expand his hunting and fishing shop.
Does government not understand that without business, historical districts would be funded with tax revenue...
