Can constituents sue the US politicians who signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge for breech of contract or fraud since many of them used it to get elected to office?
That is a tricky one. Maybe following the Clinton purjury- one could follow a High Crimes route. Good question - I'll have to get back with you on this.
