You're somewhat late on the chip issue Mr. Crane. I've been fighting the National Animal Identification System for five years now. The more we fight, the worse it gets. The vote goes in for March 11, I will not comply, regardless, on any level. The USDA does not hold the atthority to make me participate in their program.
