Oh man! My son wants me to take him hunting for a little piggy.
Last one I got was in '96, on the gravel pit property south of Aero Valley.
Made some nice breakfast, summer, and jalapeño sausage (very nice paired with a glass of bourbon), courtesy of Syracuse's. And the pork roast was better than any store-bought. The chops, not so much.
