Providing "...what the people want" is like granting wishes to a child, neither know what they actually need. I believe the standard of living in America is based on time, effort and work habits; no wonder everyone wants to live here. Isn't financial responsibility always based on wants, needs and ability to pay?

I've advised my friends to study up on Argentina c. 1975+, as we need to understand what hyperinflation looks like and how to deal with it.
